BROWNSBURG, Ind. — The Town of Brownsburg has settled a lawsuit brought against it by a local firefighters union for $465,000.
According to a release, the settlement was reached after Hendricks County Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 4406 filed a lawsuit against the town in federal court in May 2025. The lawsuit pertained to the Town’s reported mishandling of overtime pay for its firefighters.
