Program Information

On August 11, 2023, Officer Ignacio G. Cantu (E14), presented a new financial educational course to the Laredo Police In-Service Cadet Class A-23.

Officer Cantu compiled and instructed a financial education course that follows the guiding principles created by Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace, a 7-step program which educates the student on the best way to save, invest, and make the best-informed decisions regarding their finances.

Financial education is another tool for creating a well-rounded and knowledgeable Officer.
